Refunds for Client Services & Products

This policy covers two distinct relationships: paid client engagements, and our own products (including the waitlist).
For development projects and technical services, refunds are handled based on project milestones and completion stages. We ensure fair compensation while protecting both client and service provider interests.
Joining the ZenshiLabs product waitlist is free — no payment is taken, so there is nothing to refund. When our products launch with paid plans, refunds will follow each product's own published terms, and subscription products will offer pro-rated or cancel-anytime refunds where applicable.
