For client builds, intellectual property ownership is governed by the Client Services Agreement and any applicable statement of work.

Products built by ZenshiLabs are offered under the terms published on each product page or within the product itself. Where a product has paid plans, those plans will carry their own billing, usage, and refund terms. Using a product constitutes acceptance of those product-specific terms alongside these Terms of Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and any freely available products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. ZenshiLabs makes no representations about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information on the site, and accepts no liability for errors or interruptions in availability.

Limitation of Liability
